Poster Upload:
- Please ensure your poster is saved and uploaded as a PDF format.
- There is no dimensions requirement, and your poster can be portrait or landscape.
Voice Over Addition (Recommended):
- Record a brief voice over, introducing yourself and detailing your research topic.
- This audio will play alongside your poster as participants view it, offering a more immersive experience.
Use of Conference Logo:
We’ve designed special conference logos for you to incorporate into your posters. Multiple styles are available, allowing you to choose one that best suits your poster’s design.
Submission Deadline:
All posters must be submitted by 27th October 2023. Any submissions after this date might not be displayed during the conference.
